Who we are
ContractSprig is a registered business name (CONTRACTSPRIG, ABN 86 485 700 382) operated by a sole trader in Australia. This notice explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and our support email. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
This website has no forms, accounts, sign-ups or payments. You can view the site and download the free edition without giving us any personal information.
- Emails you send us: if you email contractsprig@agentmail.to, we receive your email address, any name you include, your message and any attachments. We use this only to reply, correct records, and handle access, privacy or consumer-rights requests.
- Technical data handled by our host: when you visit, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request times to deliver and secure the site. We do not use it to identify you.
- Source data: editions use public AusTender contract records. Personal contact fields, addresses and free-text descriptions are excluded.
Please do not send sensitive information or payment details by email.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the site loads no third-party scripts or external fonts. The only script on the site runs in your browser to filter the preview table on the download page and sends nothing to us. Our host may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.
Providers and overseas disclosure
- Hosting: Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical request data may be processed in the United States and other countries where it has servers.
- Email: our support inbox is provided by AgentMail (United States), so emails you send us are stored and processed in the United States.
By using these providers, personal information may be disclosed to recipients overseas, mainly in the United States. We use them only to run the site and our inbox. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Storage, security and retention
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and for record-keeping, up to 2 years, then delete them. If an eligible data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
To ask about your personal information, request access or correction, ask us to delete an email, or make a privacy complaint, contact contractsprig@agentmail.to. We aim to respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
